Ebenezer Children’s Home was established 28 years ago with active participation of the community and the board of management.
Through support from well-wishers for the last 28 years, over 862 children have passed through our facility and have gone on to become doctors, nurses, police officers, national youth service officers, teachers - just to mention a few. Among them are physically and mentally challenged children.
The home at the moment is accommodating 114 children in the center

We aim to create a lasting change in a vulnerable community.
The home has been able enroll and rehabilitate over 862 children over the last 28 years.
We have been able to construct 3 workshops. The workshops are used to train the rescued street children in: Candlemaking, Beadwork, Mats making, Tailoring & Dress making, Carpentry & Joinery work
We have also constructed a permanent house for the mentally challenged children and equipped all the rooms. The building can accommodate 36 children.

Ebenezer Children’s Home rescues and takes care of vulnerable children with a special focus unit on the physically and mentally challenged children.
Each year, hundreds of children and teens are removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. We manage foster care and related services for these youth.
